DEARTE, Feria de galerías españolas, celebra su Sexta Edición desde el 25  al 29 de enero, convirtiéndose en el primer gran encuentro con el arte contemporáneo español del año 2007. La cita tendrá lugar en el Palacio de Congresos de Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana, 99).

artbrussels may well have a youthful image, but it is in fact based on 25 years of experience. In 1968, a humble art fair was born. Art Actuel, as it was named at the time, was a cutting-edge biennial with art from leading galleries, exhibiting at the invitation of Belgian gallery owners. In 1997 the foundation was laid for a new future.

Throughout 2007 de Appel produces and presents performances by visual artists, musicians, writers and choreographers who explore the notion of the live moment. In doing so de Appel rethinks its own legacy and, in close alliance with partner institutions, contributes to new developments within performance art.
